Do you list your ingredients on your bottles?
No. There is no legislative requirement to list the ingredients on pack. Instead you can find information on this website and Safety Data Sheets can be requested by contacting us.
Do your products ever expire?
Most products do not expire. However we do recommend that the products are used within 3 years of the batch code, which is on the bottle.
Why does Star Brands use dyes in its products?
Dyes allow the product to be easily identified and helps to differentiate products.

No. GMOs are not used in Star Brands products.

Where does Star Brands source its palm oil from?
Star Brands does not use palm oil, but some of the ingredients we use are derived from palm oil. We stipulate to our suppliers that these should be sourced from sustainable sources.

Have you guys thought about refills?
We are considering refills for some of our products and have a few products already available in refills. We are guided by our consumers and strive to produce the products you want.
Is your laundry liquid bottle recyclable?
The laundry liquid bottle is made from High Density Polyethylene, which is widely recyclable.
Are your packaging made with recycled material
Most of our bottles are now made containing at least 30% recycled material. We are striving to increase this ration but are constrained by the availability of recycled HDPE and PET.
Can I buy Star Brands in bulk or industrial sizes?
No we don't supply in bulk or industrial sized versions.
Which types of flooring can I use Star Brands floor cleaners on?
Floors and surfaces should be sealed.
Can I use Star Brands cleaning products on all materials and surfaces?
Most surfaces can be cleaned using our products, however, always read our instructions and guidelines to make sure you are using the product correctly. We offer a range of cleaners designed specifically for different surfaces, including glass, floors, bathrooms and kitchens. We also feature fabric cleaner designed for use on soft furnishings and laundry.
